JStorehub complies fully with the consumer protection regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and the E-Commerce Law.

Return Window

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)

We accept returns due to change of mind within the 30-day return window, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

Return Conditions

✅ Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind (within 7 days)
  • The item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect
  • The item received is different from what was ordered (shipping error)
  • Damage occurred during shipping

❌ Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Customized or personalized products (special sizes, custom colors, engraved items, etc.)
  • Personal care and hygiene products (underwear, perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, etc.)
  • Items that have been used, washed, worn, or whose original packaging has been opened or damaged
  • Products returned without clear photos showing the issue
  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion (unless defective)

How to Submit a Return Request

Refund Process

  1. Submit your return request via the form with clear photos of the product and the problem (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • In cases of Change of Mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • JStorehub will cover the return shipping costs in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or damage during shipping caused by our side.

Important Notes

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected.
  • This policy complies with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.
